Terms and Conditions - The Single Black Mothers Collective

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before becoming a member of The Single Black Mothers Collective (hereinafter referred to as "the Collective"). By joining the Collective, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Membership Payment:

a. Upon joining the Collective, you agree to a monthly recurring payment for a total of 9 months, starting from the date of your initial membership sign-up.

b. After the initial 9-month period, your membership you have the option to renew your membership, and you will be charged a recurring fee of $4.99 per month until you decide to cancel. You will receive notification 30 -45 days before your initial membership ends.

2. Membership Cancellation:

a. You have the right to cancel your membership at any time. To cancel your membership, you can do so through your account settings on our website.

3. Refund Policy:

a. Refunds are only available after the completion of the initial 9-month membership period.

b. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

i. You must have completed all the assignments provided by the Collective during the 9-month period and submit them for review.

ii. You must be able to demonstrate that there has been no improvement in your credit, debt, or overall financial situation during the 9-month period.

c. To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team and provide the necessary documentation and evidence as outlined in subsection b.

d. Refunds will be issued within 60 days of approval and will be processed using the same payment method used for your initial membership payment.

4. Termination of Membership:

a. The Collective reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time for violation of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the Collective.

5. Privacy and Data Protection:

a. The Collective values your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

a. The Collective reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and it is the member's responsibility to review and agree to the updated terms before continuing their membership.
